How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on your port. Mombasa: 30–35 days, Durban: 35–40 days, Klaipeda: 45–55 days, Caribbean ports: 50–60 days. Weekly RoRo departures from Yokohama, Nagoya and Kobe.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept telegraphic transfer (T/T wire) to our Tokyo corporate bank account, Wise transfers, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Full payment is required before loading.

Are the auction sheets genuine?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we share the original auction sheet directly from USS, TAA, JU and other accredited auction houses. We can also commission an independent JEVIC inspection report on request.

Can I import a vehicle to my country?

We export to 40+ countries. Each country has its own import age & emission rules. Contact us with your destination and we'll confirm eligibility and required documentation before purchase.

Is the price FOB or CIF?

Listed prices are FOB Japan. We provide an all-inclusive CIF quote (freight + marine insurance) for your specific port on request, usually within a few hours.

Do you ship damaged or salvage vehicles?

Yes, we ship accident-damaged and salvage vehicles via secure 20ft / 40ft containers. Auction grade R, RA, and 0 vehicles are available on request.

What if the vehicle differs from the auction sheet?

Accepted Answer

We document every vehicle with 150+ photos before shipping. If a major discrepancy with the auction sheet arises, JUMVEA provides a dispute resolution channel — but in 16 years this has been extremely rare.

How do I track my shipment?

Once the vessel departs, we provide the Bill of Lading and live vessel tracking link. You'll know exactly where your vehicle is until arrival.
